Why Solana
An advantage worth understanding.
Solana accounts use Ed25519. An Ed25519 key is created by hashing a secret seed. That design matters for research into proving seed knowledge after a hypothetical curve break.
The research asks whether an owner could prove knowledge of the secret used to create their account — even if the current signature system needed replacing.
Solana

Ethereum
Ordinary externally owned accounts use ECDSA. Smart-contract wallets and proposed migration approaches create a different picture.
